Her expertise spans a wide range of areas including process design, digital transformation, CRM implementation, sourcing, and optimization of B2B sales and logistics.

With a background in manufacturing, B2B sales, logistics, services, and digital teams, Krstina delivers practical solutions tailored to real-world industry challenges. Driven by a passion to merge her core strengths – organization, structured processes, business leadership, and economics – she founded Prime Business Consulting to help small and medium-sized businesses enhance their operations and achieve sustainable growth.
